The easiest way I have found to reboot my PC automatically is to run a program called Reboot32.exe.
This little program was created by Leinen Software Development, and was available for free download
as part of their "32-Bit Exit Windows commands". Unfortunately, their web site has disappeared, so
I hope it's okay that I provide the file here for you to download.
Just download it and schedule it to run whenever you want your PC to reboot.
